Cancelation of order  

If you have not paid for the goods, you can remove it. If you paid for your order, than you can cancel it, but before your order is processed (during 24 hours after payment). If your order is already sent, than you can’t cancel it. But you still can refuse parcel, when it will be delivered to specified address. We’ll send your money back to you only after receiving the parcel back.

Attention! We are not returning money for back delivery, in case you refuse the parcel. We are not responsible for the item loss, if an order has been sent without tracking. Money back procedure will take up to 24-72 hours after we receive a parcel.
